- The Youngstown Model Railroad Association is not responsible for any injury incurred by dealers during this show.
- NO TEAR-DOWN PRIOR TO 2:00 PM!!!! Dealer setup will be from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM.
- Dealers will be responsible for any damage or theft of their property.
- All boxes used to transport dealer merchandise must be stored under their table(s).
- Two dealer passes will be issued with each table.
- One additional pass will be issued with each additional table. Maximum of 6 passes.
- All Tables are 8 feet long.
- Dealers are encouraged to stay until the end of the show.
- Please try to vacate the building as quickly as possible after 3:30pm.
- All table fees must be paid for in advance.
- No fees will be collected the day of the show.
- Any vendor not present by 15 minutes before show opening, & has not called, will forfeit their table(s).
- Dealers with trailers must park behind the building after unloading!!
- Dealer Location is based on number of tables sold overall, number of vendors, & number of tables per dealer.
- TABLE LOCATION CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!
